- Windows Application Architecture and Development Experience in C#/WPF
- SQL Server, EEF, XML, ADO.NET
- Experience building Windows installers
- Knowledge and experience with WIFI, Ethernet, TCP/UDP/IP

- SVN/Source Control
- Creating and deploying VMs (VMWARE and Azure)
- Ability and willingness to manage development environments, source control, test platforms, etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks and priorities
- Development of software testing plans, performing software testing
- Previous experience interacting with Product Management teams and/or experience managing product requirements
- Willingness to interact with and assist all levels of sales, technical support, and production
- Previous experience managing software project/product lifecycle
- Creating excellent code and product documentation
- A willingness and eagerness to communicate and share information with the rest of the engineering team is essential
- Willingness and ability to quickly ramp up knowledge of and employ new technology
- Experience with ASP.NET a plus
