Job Description:
- Thorough understanding and experience with WSUS
- Understanding of DNS, TCP/IP and LAN/WAN connectivity
- Experience with system security requirements and server hardening practices including Bit9 and Carbon Black
- Understanding of Oracle application
- Ability to establish and maintain Windows architecture best practices and standards, including procedures, templates, and relevant documentation
- Experience using monitoring tools such as PROCMON and Wireshark
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or a related field
- A minimum of 5+ years of production Windows Operating System support experience
