About the Job
Responsibilities
- Creates/Executes/deploys scripts, tools, and server builds for IT Infrastructure.
- Manage and provision Windows/Linux Virtual Desktops, and Active Directory users, and Group Policy objects
- Perform project-related monitoring, technical support and trouble-shooting of server systems.
- Configuration and deployment of all server updates, security patches, tools, drivers, etc. transitioned from Service Design/Architecture.
- Provide endpoint support on issues and trouble resolution tasks on Virtual Desktop related task
- Maintains knowledge relative to administration, engineering, and implementation of virtual desktop infrastructure-related technologies
- Technical consultation on projects; and vendor escalation when warranted.
- Operates across multiple and complex production environments with multiple stakeholders
