| Role Description: | Master Image Lifecycle Management Familiar with administrating, updating, and optimizing Windows 10/11 Enterprise for a virtual desktop deployment Required experience/skillset includes Windows updates, application updates, registry changes, batch/PowerShell script management is a plus Thorough understanding of the O365 application suite Understanding of enterprise management/administration tools, such as Active Directory, group policy objects, MECM, psexec/wmic Familiar with AWS Workspaces / AWS AppstreamVulnerability Remediation Familiar with industry standard security baselines and recommendations (such as CIS, NIST, etc.) and experience implementing and maintaining their recommendations Ticket Queue Familiar with ticketing systems, incidents/requests, customer service experience and concepts Explain steps clearly and in a way anyone could understand VMware Horizon Administrator Backup Familiar with the Horizon stack connection server, DEM, UAG, AppVolumes, Horizon Client, their configurations, official documentation and KB s, and where to find such information Monitoring tool experience, such as vROPS/vRLI Experienced in obtaining support directly from VMware when necessary |
