Wine Retail Manager - Three60 Wine

We are seeking multiple management candidates for our growing organization.  Flexible and hard-working individuals that can effectively oversee the day to day operations.  Hospitality experience and excellent wine knowledge is preferred.  Competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities include but not limited to…

·      Oversee the day to day operation of a seven day a week wine retail, bar, and event space location.

·      Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training of the employees.

·      Assist with the implementation of all policies, procedures, and standards of the organization.

·      Maintain a highly motivational work environment.

·      Provide guidance and feedback to the team onsite.

·      Ability to hold employees accountable and resolve internal conflicts efficiently.
