About the Job
Role
As a Wire Bond Technician (also known as Electronic Assembly Technician, Microelectronics Assembler), you'll perform a wide range of electronic assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. You'll determine and follow methods and sequences of operations in wire bonding, make setups and adjustments according to blueprint specifications, and perform various tasks necessary for electronic assembly production. You'll also handle the documentation necessary to track the process and your performance.

- Experience performing detailed work under a microscope.
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Experience with auto-bonding on Palomars, Hesse, and/or H&K is preferred.
- 2+ years of work experience is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and AS9100 experience are beneficial.
