Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with every interaction.
- Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Maintain a well-organized, attractive store appearance, ensuring products are well-stocked, correctly displayed, and accessible.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends, product information, and technological features.
- Clearly explain and demonstrate product benefits and features, ensuring customers understand the value of each product.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales goals and maintain a positive team environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing new products to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service quality and product selection, contributing to an overall enhanced customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including sales processes and customer handling protocols.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years in retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and an ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn with a customer-first approach.
- Willingness to accept and apply constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Reliable transportation required for this on-site position.
Qualifications:
