Key Responsibilities:

• Stay informed on the latest industry trends, product information, and technological features.
• Clearly explain and demonstrate product benefits and features, ensuring customers understand the value of each product.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales goals and maintain a positive team environment.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing new products to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service quality and product selection, contributing to an overall enhanced customer experience.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including sales processes and customer handling protocols.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
