Our client is seeking enthusiastic individuals like you to join their team as Wireless Sales Representatives!
As a pivotal member of our Wireless team, you'll lead promotional initiatives and directly interact with customers to drive brand awareness and sales pertaining to our telecommunication and home entertainment services. You'll be instrumental in organizing and executing on-site events at various retail settings. The main focus of this position is to promote our client's brand by developing and hosting events on behalf of our clients. We are looking for a competitive Wireless Sales Representatives to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Wireless Sales Representative duties include selling, restocking, and merchandising. The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company's growth and revenue through sales maximization.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Ascertain customer's needs and wants
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs
- Keep up to date with product information
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Follow all company's policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of retail, sales, marketing or customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to think on your feet and to problem solve effectively
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to apply constructive feedback
- Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment
- Must love working with people and be comfortable in a face to face environment
Qualifications:
- Must be 18+ to be considered for employment
- Have reliable transportation
- Competitive spirit and drive
- Team player who is assertive, goal-oriented, positive and self-motivated
- Associate | Bachelors degree preferred but not required
- High School diploma is mandatory
- Desire to work in a dynamic, fun, and fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to multi-task, including conversing while navigating our event sales and marketing system simultaneously
- High level of integrity
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
