About the Role:

As a Wireless Sales Representative, you will lead promotional efforts and connect directly with customers to showcase our client's products and services. Working at various retail locations, you'll organize and execute on-site events to increase brand exposure and boost sales. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, providing tailored product recommendations, and ensuring a positive in-store experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales area
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Keep updated on product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and boost customer engagement

Requirements:

• Preferred 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, marketing, or customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work well independently and receive constructive feedback

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ years old
• Reliable transportation (this is an on-site role in Middletown, CT)
• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Team-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales goals
• Ability to multi-task and navigate in-store marketing systems while engaging with customers
• Strong communication skills and a high level of integrity

Job Type: Full-time | Part-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,400.00 per week
