Essential Job Functions:

• Conduct legal research
• Draft legal documents
• Represent clients in court hearings
• Negotiate settlements

Position Requirements:

• Currently licensed in the state of North Carolina
• 2+ years of experience in worker's compensation defense preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure
