What you’ll do as a Workflow Coordinator

• Complete telecommunications construction cost estimates and bill of materials by reading and interpreting survey drawings and customer system designs.
• Communicate with our customer and Kanaan team members as needed to resolve discrepancies with system designs and survey drawing.
• Obtain cost estimates from company vendors for addition to cost estimates.
• Manage job tracking systems to meet customers deadlines.
• All other duties assignend by management.

What you’ll need 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be willing to learn and understand design parameters as they relate to the customers fiber optic and coaxial systems.
• Must be willing to learn to read and understand customer system blueprints to identify customer specific equipment.
• Good planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• Able to multitask and prioritize schedules as related to customer expectations.
• Able to communicate with customers in a positive, professional manner.
• Strong Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Must pass a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle check.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license of at least 2 years.

Physical abilities & exposures

• Able to sit for long periods throughout each day.

Starting Range $18 to based on experience
