Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate, promote, and sell American Income's products and services - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to union members that we're contracted with.
- Develop and foster relationships - Build rapport with the client and fill their needs. Continue a relationship with the client to ensure the business stays on the books.
- Meet and exceed targets - As you set goals for yourself, make sure you stay on track of them and continue to grow as necessary.
- Research and understand target market - Understand the product and competing products to advise the client in the proper direction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- NO PRIOR SALES EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY
- Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
- Skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
- Coachable and able to accept failure and move forward
- Strong minded with long-term goals
