Required Skills:
- Design, configure and support business requirements in Workday Adaptive planning for Implementation and support
- Conduct working sessions with clients to analyze business requirements and come up with solutions
- Experienced in Headcount planning, Financial Budgeting and Planning applications
- General knowledge of Workday functional areas (Core HCM, Recruitment, Advanced Compensation)
- Experience with highly complex integrations preferably between HCM, Payroll and Finance
- Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules
- Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
- 5-8 Years Workday experience mandatory, of which 5 years spent in handling Workday Adaptive Planning modules.
- Expert-level experience in developing and maintaining solutions using Workday as a foundation
- Experience in handling discovery sessions with the client
- Nice to have: SQL Knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Support projects execution and governance with the customer team.
- Work independently or with Team Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in handling Adaptive planning Configurations
- Maintain continuously and support existing integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary
- Analyze business requirements and produce detail and solution specifications consulting with Client Process Owners about standard methodologies for HR processes in Workday.
- Ensure the productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces (integrations) as well as custom reports/dashboards.
- Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns.
- Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary
