Location: Remote (Central or Eastern Time Zones) + 50% travel across the US
Duration: Contract-to-Hire
Hourly Pay Rate: $26 - $36/hr W2

Job Description:
We are seeking a Workday Analyst with a focus on HCM to join our team. This role involves working with the Workday platform to perform backend configurations, create and manage EIBs, and manipulate and scrub data for reporting and analysis purposes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience in reporting, and a deep understanding of Workday security, including security groups and domains.
Responsibilities:
- Perform configurations within Workday, particularly related to HCM.
- Create and manage EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) for data import/export.
- Scrub and manipulate data to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Generate and maintain custom reports using Workday's reporting tools.
- Manage Workday security settings, including security groups and domains.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to data, configurations, and security within the Workday system.
- Continuously monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience working with Workday, specifically in HCM.
- Strong understanding of Workday security (security groups and domains).
- Experience with EIBs and data manipulation.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, data analysis, and pivot tables.
- Experience with Workday reporting tools and backend configurations.
- Workday HCM Pro certification (preferred).
Skills:
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle and manipulate large datasets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday HCM Pro certification.
- Familiarity with other Workday modules (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, etc.).
