Workday Consultant, Hybrid or Remote at CEI Group

Summary:

A Workday resource is needed for a long term project. We prefer hybrid but this position can be remote for the right candidate. This person will support Core HCM and Benefit Open enrollment.   This person needs to lead/mentor as well as support.

Responsibilities:

• Assists in scheduling and coordinating projects.
• Works with customers and technical staff to resolve problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements with thoughtful design solutions.
• Acts as team leader on projects.
• Participates in development of software user manuals.
• Protects the confidentiality of information within areas of own position responsibilities by preventing unauthorized release, both verbally and/or in writing.
• Promotes a continuous quality improvement effort to enhance the services provided to patients, their families, physicians and members of the staff by demonstrating positive attitudes and actions through a display of courtesy, congeniality, cooperation, initiatives, sensitivity and professionalism.
