Role Description:
Manage Processes and Routines needed to ensure that product predictability delivers value that includes financial, control, or process roadblocks. Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of Potential
strategies. Responsible for US payroll product vision, roadmap and delivery solutions.
Experienced on Workday Payroll Configuration with end to end implementation experience. Cross-functional dependencies and business readiness are articulated with quality execution. Experience in Compensation configuration, US payroll processing experience. Worked on enhancements and complete development activities. Proficient knowledge on HR business processes.
