Workday Core HR Integration Consultant

Seeking experienced Workday Core HR / Integration Consultant to work on a series of improvements relative to Workday HCM and downstream integrated systems.  Data recipients are seeking revisions to existing Workday outbound integrations and underlying reports.  Improvements may require adjustments to security, supervisory organizations, or related worker / position data in Workday.

Workday Skillset Needed:

Technical & Functional Workday HCM experience

Workday HCM design, conversion, upgrade, trouble shooting, support/maintenance experience

Core HR experience

Workday security experience

Workday outbound integrations and reports experience

Workday Payroll experience (preferred)

Technical Skills

ERP: Workday HCM (required) and Payroll (preferred)  

Workday HCM Modules / Business Processes: Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Absence & Time Tracking, Hiring and Onboarding

Reporting: Report Writer, BIRT Reports, Dashboards, Scorecards, Worklets

Languages/Tools: EIB, Workday Studio, Document Transformations (DT), Core Connector, Cloud Connector Benefits (CCB), XML, XSLT, XPath, Report Writer, BIRT Reports, Workday Web Services
