Job Description
- Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 5+ Years
Technical/Functional Skills
- Workday developer(Experience Required)
- Hands on experience with Workday Studio
- Highly developed problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Workday – HCM, Report Writer, EIB, Workday Studio
- Demonstrated experience in XSLTs, XSDs, WSDLs and web services (Workday Public Web Services SOAP/REST).
- Solid competency in configuring and customizing the integration patterns
- Workday Developer Certification (added plus)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and formulate an appropriate technical solution that meets functional and non-functional requirements.
- Work on business user's queries, analyze existing system to find out root cause of the problem and Implement/provide solution to the problem.
- Take an active role in the cross-functional design
- Assess new requirements and determine their impact on existing timeline and deliverables
- Determine the level of effort to implement changes and additions.
- Support project during UAT, and production rollout.
- Provide continual production support for background batches and web services.
