Slalom Workday Consultants work in partnership with our clients to ensure maximum value out of their Workday investment. Workday consultants serve as subject matter experts in a variety of strategic and high-impact projects, guiding clients from strategic planning to implementation and sustainment
You will also support Workday customers at every stage of the lifecycle including early strategy and selection, implementation, and ensuring continued success after go-live
Our Workday Advisory capability partners with our clients to deliver Workday strategy and readiness, implementation support, and optimization and road mapping.What You’ll DoWork with clients to understand strategic objectives related to Workday Financials including requirements gathering, business process and functional design, data strategy tailored to our clients unique needsImplement initiatives related to the client overall Finance Transformation objectivesSupport client in all the phases of the implementation including phase 0 readiness activities, health check assessments, phase 1 and X deploymentsLead process re-design efforts by guiding clients to define outcomes and work backward to define the process and cross-functional touchpoints Support clients in post-production assessment and enhancement opportunitiesPrepare and support client in delivering Workday Fins training to end usersCollaborate across Slalom practices and offices to deliver a holistic and coordinated solution Act as a client advocate and trusted adviser What You’ll Bring4+ years of hands-on Workday Financials functional implementation experience Workday Financials Implementer certification in at least 1 area (Record to Report, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay) Strong understanding of Workday Methodology5+ years Financials ERP and/or Accounting experience Ability to travel up to 40% and work with remote teams Proven ability to influence a wide variety of audiences - technical and business clients, Finance functions, and all levels of employees Proven ability to see around corners thinking about both the big picture and individual needs Excellent written and oral communications skills Preferred Qualifications:Proficiency with multiple Finance Business ProcessesWorkday Financials Reporting experience a plusExperience with Workday Grants, Projects and BudgetsExperience leading teams and managing resourcesAbout UsSlalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position at the Senior Consultant level the base salary pay range is $110,000 to $203,000. For this position at the Principal level the base salary pay range is $140,000 to $258,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors
