Ability to understand and capture business functional and technical requirements.
Ability to multi-task and be able to represent multiple solutions.

Job Summary/Description:
- HR Management platform (Workday) configuration & interface development experience
- 4-6 years IT experience from a technical delivery background in Middleware and SOA
- Programming language experience in Java
- UI development experience using HTML, CSS, Java Script, AngularJS framework
- In-depth RDBMS development experience (SQL Server, MySQL, or equiv.)
- Hands on experience in SDLC processes & agile based development
- Experience developing on and interfacing with cloud computing platforms such as AWS
- Hands-on experience with Spring based application development
- Hands-on experience with continuous integration and build automation (Jenkins or equiv.)
- ESB experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB) or equiv.
- Salesforce platform configuration & interface development is a PLUS
