Position Description
CGI has an immediate need for a Workday Product Support Analyst to join our team. This hybrid position can be located at any CGI office in the U.S (in CT or ET), preferred location is Reston, VA, Lafayette, LA, or Plano, TX. Your future duties and responsibilities
As a valued colleague on our team, you will contribute to supporting the Workday product lifecycle, provide analysis and testing support across product areas, collaborate with the team in assessing product needs as well as collaborate with the team in managing plans, issues, and risks for products.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• 5+ years of experience preferred with Workday financial models
• Hands on experience and understanding of GL allocations, Reassignment of allocations, configuration, testing and overall monthly period close process.
• Subject matter expertise on Workday - GL
• Working knowledge of Workday's GL and Corporate modules, as well as the Core Finance, Foundational Data Model (FDM), AP and AR, EDMCS and Blackline tool.
• Continuous improvement mindset: who has/have demonstrated ability to work with various stakeholders to deliver optimal design solutions and skills needed to build positive rapport with various levels of internal and external stakeholders.
• The group of skills related to communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication that are adaptable based on the stakeholder.
• Strong accounting skills and deep understanding of internal controls, risk management, and business processes.
• A data acumen and experience working with large volumes of data and an ability to balance data integrity and materiality.
• Critical thinking, analytical and financial analysis skills.
• Collective capabilities for supporting teams, giving/receiving feedback, facilitating meetings, and leading team meetings.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information in a strictly professional manner.
• Able to analyze the customer requirements and coordinate with business users from techno-functional understanding and communicate with various teams
• Knowledge of financial data usage in accounting, reporting and analysis
• Well-versed with Agile methodology and experience working and leading in a scrum team
• Responsible for the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance.
• Excellent written and oral communication skill in delivering complex technical information to audience with various background.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $59,000.00 - $130,600.00.
