Summary
Seeking a qualified Workday Reporting Specialist . The contractor will be part of a fusion team and will work under the direction of a Engineering Manager, who will provide governance around the implementation, to ensure its success. The Workday contactor will be part of a team and design, develop, validate, and implement complex reports.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience implementing Workday Reports.
• Workday Pro Financial Reporting Certifications (Workday Reporting, Advanced Workday Reporting for Financials)
• Advanced/Expert data analysis and Workday reporting experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of Workday Financials, architecture, methodologies, and principles
• Deep knowledge of Workday development tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, BIRT, Workday Cloud Platform - Extend and Orchestrate)
• Possess strong grasp of the Workday business object model, data sources, calculated fields, and report security to build financial reports with Workday tools with an emphasis in composite reporting.
• Should be able to determine appropriate existing reporting resources and perform migration tasks when needed.
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities.
• Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution.
• Minimum of bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, MIS or an equivalent field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and build relatively complex Workday reports.
• Partner closely with stakeholders to understand complex reporting requirements and create complex custom reports (matrix, composite, advanced etc.).
• Develop Workday reports depicting pre-allocation and post allocation cost as well as reports for validating the allocation computations.
• Build complex financial composite reports using tools such as calculations, repeating column groups, column filters, multiple control fields, drill down layout overrides, expansion hierarchies, and prompt sets.
• Provide support for any issues related to Reporting solutions.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, clear documentation and problem resolution.
• Analyze and translate business and functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications.
• Understand and ensure security and data privacy standards.

Preferred Qualifications
