Technical/Functional Skills
Workday Studio integration, security and Workday HCM function knowledge
Experience Required
At least 3 years of configuration experience in one or more Workday areas, such as Core HCM, HCM Security, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking.
Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to optimize business processes, particularly focusing on workflow and security improvements.
Design and configuration of new Workday enhancements and Integrations.
design and build advanced Workday reports
Oversee the Workday functional ticketing queue, ensuring that tickets are addressed promptly and with a high level of customer service.
Troubleshoot functional and technical production issues
Work closely with Workday technical SME to ensure continuous improvement of HCM integrations. Proactively identify and address integration issues and opportunities.
