Job Summary:
This position demands an IT Professional experienced in Workday HCM, capable of configuring, troubleshooting, and developing for various Workday functions. The candidate will serve a pivotal role in Tier 1/Tier 2 support, developing and maintaining integration systems, and optimizing business processes and technical solutions. Essential responsibilities include acting as the primary analyst for Workday related configurations and integrations, ensuring high-quality solutions.

Job Summary:

Essential responsibilities include acting as the primary analyst for Workday related configurations and integrations, ensuring high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into Workday platform solutions, configuring core HCM and related areas.
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations, custom reports, and connectivity with ERP/third-party applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver and test technical objects and maintain system integrity.
- Analyze and propose solutions to streamline business processes and address system inefficiencies.
- Ensure adherence to change management processes and contribute to team efforts across business system functions.
- Strong experience in Workday HCM configuration and development.
- Proven ability in troubleshooting and system integration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Workday platform experience in both implementation and support roles preferred.
- Workday Pro Certifications in Integrations and HCM are highly desirable.
