We are seeking a new Workers' Compensation Claims Manager to join our team. Your role will be to maintain regular contact with customers, and adjusters to discuss claims status, identify trends, and build solutions to close claims..
As a member of the Risk Management department, you will work with Workers' Compensation Specialists and report to our Director of Risk Management.
What You Will Do:
- Review, analyze and monitor Workers’ Compensation claim data, on behalf of clients Advise clients to strategically manage claims
- Develop training materials for clients
- Deliver training presentations to clients
- Maintain regular contact with clients to provide courteous and professional service
- Communicate with insuring companies and adjusters regarding claims management
- Ensure documentation is maintained within claims management system
- Update records of open and closed claims, for reference Maintain current knowledge of Workers’ Compensation System and processes
- Assume other job responsibilities as assigned
What You Will Bring:

- Leave of absence coordination
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- WCCP designation
