Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workers' compensation claims and related employment labor law, with the ability to handle sensitive employee information.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze and monitor Workers’ Compensation claim data, on behalf of clients
• Advise clients to strategically manage claims
• Develop training materials for clients
• Deliver training presentations to clients
• Maintain regular contact with clients to provide courteous and professional service
• Communicate with insuring companies and adjusters regarding claims management
• Ensure documentation is maintained within claims management system
• Update records of open and closed claims, for reference
• Maintain current knowledge of Workers’ Compensation System and processes
• Assume other job responsibilities as assigned
