- Provides oversight of operational metrics for a state-wide human services contact center
- Produces various daily reports that will incorporate staff attendance and performance results, which will be used to determine ways to improve operations through effective staffing decisions
Qualifications for the position include:
- Team player with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong PC proficiency, including CMS monitoring.
- Minimum of two years' experience in call center operations and/or administrative functions in an office setting.
- Must possess knowledge of key call center metrics, including utilization, service levels, handle time, abandonment rate, etc.;
- Experience in health/human services and knowledge of health and human services programs
- Associate degree in related field or equivalent training or experience preferred
