This is a remote position. Normal operating hours are M-F, 8:30AM-4:30PM (CST). NCFH, Inc. is largely a remote working environment apart from specific positions that require a hybrid schedule and commute to our home office.

Summary
Responsible for the coordination of projects associated with workforce development and capacity building, including Increase Access to Care (IAC) for Ag Workers Training Program that helps ensure Migratory and Seasonal Agricultural Workers have access to quality health care. As part of this role, project coordinator also addresses Ag Worker Access Campaign activities, which is pivotal to the IAC Program. Specific duties include development of workforce training opportunities to build capacity of health center staff, coordination of Ag Worker Access Campaign and Task Force activities, coordination of IAC Learning Collaborative activities with health centers, Migrant Health Action Planning; provision of training and technical assistance to constituents, and development, promotion and dissemination of information, products, and resources.

Work is professional-level, requiring application of professional theory and practices. Duties are generally performed independently, with priorities and work plans developed in collaboration with employee's manager and monitored periodically. Communication with individuals in response to requests is frequent. The impact of the employee's work on the overall performance of NCFH may affect a large segment of the business and goodwill of the organization.
Physical Ability and Work Environment
The employee is regularly required to perform work duties at an onsite office/designated home workspace for extended periods of time. with communication through virtual platforms (Asana and Microsoft Teams). The employee must have the ability to use a computer and other office tools with accuracy. The noise level is usually low to moderate.
Leadership and Supervision
Employee receives general supervision from the Workforce Development Training Manager.
Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Qualifications, Education and Licensing/Certification
Required:
- A professional level of knowledge at the educational/experiential equivalent of a bachelor's degree program in social work, public health, communications, or related field
- Practical work experience in program coordination and training
- A high level of written and verbal communication, project coordination, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- High level of competency in MS Office software products
- Experience in a migrant health/farmworker environment
- Awareness of campaign marketing/promotion experience is a plus
- Bilingual skills; written and oral preferred
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES
- Supports and conducts trainings related to health center operations and infrastructure (such as Orientation to Migrant Health, Ag Worker Identification and Verification, Increase Access to Care, Migrant Health Action Planning, and Certificate of Migrant Health), workforce capacity building (such as cultural competency, customer service, CLAS standards, health literacy, SDOH, and language access services), system processes and implementation, board governance, and other topics as needed.
- Conducts needs assessments and/or consultations with health centers as needed to develop training curriculums
- Develops and maintains resources/tools to build workforce capacity
- Provides technical assistance/training in specific areas of expertise
- Conducts presentations and trainings at state, regional, and national workforce development events/conferences
- Collaborates with other NCFH trainers as needed for requested trainings
- Support maintenance of Workforce Training website pages and updates workforce develop resources/tools as needed
- COORDINATION OF INCREASE ACCESS TO CARE (IAC) ACTIVITIES
- Responsible for general coordination and oversight of IAC Learning Collaborative (LC) as outlined in 330 grant
- Responds and fulfills training/TA requests from IAC members.
- Responsible for communication with IAC Network and maintenance of IAC resources.
- Facilitates quarterly IAC Huddles and leads development of MH Action Plans with health centers
- Responsible for the development, testing and modifications of LC training materials, assessments, and organization tools.
- Identify and select Promising Practice awardee based on information provided by constituents to support and strengthen the work being done in the IAC Networks and for Campaign.
- Collects UDS data from LC members and collaborates with Evaluation team on the data analysis and UDS report
- Contributes to program evaluation and prepares program and training reports.
- AG WORKER ACCESS CAMPAIGN COORDINATION
- Responsible for exploring new strategies, promising practices, and technology applications to enhance Campaign success.
- Responsible for achieving Campaign deliverables as outlined in 330 grant
- Develops campaign strategies, messages, resources, and tools for implementation by IAC Network and Campaign members.
- Convenes monthly calls with Task Force Members, prepares agendas and co-facilitates calls.
- Develops Campaign promotional material and promotes on all NCFH communication channels.
- Updates and maintains Campaign website pages and creates forum for on-going communication with Campaign members.
- Responsible for coordination of Campaign exhibits at national conferences and promotion of Campaign activities.
- General editing of professional documents
- Contributes to educational tracks related to MSAW Service Delivery as part of national Agricultural Worker Symposia planning committees and submits conference abstracts as needed.
- Supports other assigned Symposia related activities including exhibiting, moderating, and coordination of logistics on site at these training events.
- Actively participates in NCFH teams, i.e. Strategic Planning Task Forces, team building, Asana committee, etc.
