Working Nursing Supervisor, RN *11PM-7AM* Monday - Friday - Harbor House Rehab & Nursing Center

Harbor House is a 138-bed skilled nursing facility seeking Full Time, Working Nursing Supervisor (RN) on our 11pm-7am shift! We are located in the beautiful, harborside community of Hingham, just off of Route 3A and near public transportation! The right candidates will have strong clinical skills, be a team player and have the ability to lead. 

Nursing Supervisor Shifts: Monday-Friday 11PM-7AM, on call rotation

Requirements for Nursing Supervisor:

• Must possess valid unencumbered, RN State License and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred. -Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred

Job Duties for Nursing Supervisor:

• Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
• Supervise nurses and CNAs
• Manage staffing changes
• Support family inquiries and screen visitors
• Coordinate patient/resident referrals with central admissions
• Ensure high quality resident/patient care
• Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
