At MalaceHR, we are committed to creating exceptional environments that enhance the experience of everyone who interacts with our spaces. We are seeking a dedicated Workplace Experience Ambassador to ensure that our building spaces are optimally set up and maintained.
Job Summary:
The main function of the Workplace Experience Ambassador is to ensure that building spaces are appropriately set up and maintained, enhancing the experience for all visitors and staff. This role requires interaction with various teams and a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to all internal and external visitors, addressing queries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Front of House Management: Oversee front-of-house services, appropriately directing incoming inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Event Setup: Plan and assist with the physical setup of events and meeting spaces, including arranging furniture, signage, and equipment.
- Space Management: Maintain and update daily records of room bookings and event calendars to ensure efficient use of spaces.
- Facilities Support: Assist with other facilities team services as required to enhance overall workplace experience.
Education & Experience:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in reception, concierge, or a related field. Experience in catering or hospitality is preferred.
Skills:
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate confidently with customers at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Self-motivated with a confident and energetic attitude.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with team members and act as an ambassador for the team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficient in using PCs and various platforms to manage daily activities.
Working Hours:
9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

- Arrival and check-in support for visitors
- Badging assistance for secure access
- Event support and setup
- Stocking and inventory management
- Distribution of promotional materials (swag)
- Mailroom tasks and vendor relations
- Management of ticketing systems
