Compensation Package Highlights:

Annual salary: $405,000 guaranteed, 6,911@$50/WRVU bonus model
Signing bonus: $50,000
Education Loan repayment: $20,000 each year
Relocation expense reimbursement: $15,000

Practice Highlights:

Hospital Employed practice joining 1 surgeon, 1 P.A., and 4 RNs.
Strong support staff
Efficient smooth running office
8 exam/procedure rooms
2 Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers
Case manager assigned to each provider
Hospital consults are done by telemedicine
No call, no weekends
Hospitalist team admits ALL patients
Catchment Area: 250,000, also serving nearby Fort Drum, home of the 10^th Mountain Division
Teaching opportunities are available with accredited ACGME/AOA programs

Experience or special interest in wound care
Values patient-centered care and has desire to work within a team model
Demonstrates top-notch interpersonal skills in addition to excellent clinical skills
Enthusiastic and motivated to build a general surgical service line with superb outcomes
