Responsibilities:Responsible for providing nursing care for patients in accordance with YRMC established policies operating practices guidelines and national standards of care to foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their families.
Qualifications:Minimum
- Two years of acute care experience
Associate degree of Nursing or foreign equivalent
- Valid compact state or Arizona Registered Nurse license and
American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Windows.
Preferred
Wound care experience
- Bachelor degree of Nursing or foreign equivalent
- Wound Ostomy and Continence Nursing (WOCN) or Wound Care certification (WCC)
Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.
