About the Job
Kemin Industries is hiring a Worldwide Digital Marketing Manager to join their team! In this role, this person will be responsible for the development, management and internal adoption of Kemin’s digital marketing technology stack. Additionally, this person will be responsible for engaging with Kemin’s various business units to enable digital transformation through the utilization of our digital marketing processes and platforms. The WW Digital Marketing Manager will work with leadership to prioritize digital enhancements to ensure they are in line with business needs and support the growth of the business. The WW Digital Marketing Manager should be experienced in project management, able to lead, plan, organize, and motivate project teams to successfully deliver campaign deliverables.

- Assist with oversight and management of digital web properties built on the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, including Kemin.com.
- Coordinate with Marketing leadership, global business unit team members, and IT to establish and prioritize digital marketing enhancement pipeline.
- Create and deliver presentations to keep leadership updated on digital marketing best practices and initiatives.
- Develop and provide input to reports that track and measure key performance indicators.
- Maintain and publish project activity progress and status.
- Manage and guide digital marketing change management and initiatives related to continuous improvement.
- Responsible for oversight and management of Kemin’s marketing automation platform, HubSpot, and it’s integration with our in-house CRM.
- Responsible for implementing a scalable lead management process that includes lead generation, segmentation, communication, qualification, routing and reporting.
- Assesses the effectiveness of each BU’s lead management initiatives by developing and analyzing lead lifecycle and attribution reporting.
- Oversight for implementing and standardizing Marketing Automation platform and practices across the organization to align with best-in-class industry standards.
- Advocate for intelligent Marketing Automation campaign design through various projects, initiatives, and ongoing business work. Influence Sales approach and promote adoption of Marketing Automation best practices.
- Lead project team meetings and ensure follow-up actions are identified.
- Set and continually manage digital marketing project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Oversight for training of staff and others on the usage of our digital marketing technologies.
- Maintains Marketing staff job results by counseling employees; including planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Develops Marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential grown opportunities.
- Accurately present findings in an appropriate and timely manner to allow the management team to make critical decisions based on key data.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Work with outside agencies and vendors.

- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Digital Marketing or Information Technology with 5+ years of related experience.
- Additional related experience may substitute.
- Experience as an effective project team player, leader, and motivator.
- Ability to present ideas effectively; persuade, negotiate, read communication styles, and communicate well, both verbally and in writing, with peers and all levels of management.
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, energetic, positive, and business-minded.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and handle multiple projects efficiently to meet deadlines.

- Advanced computer skills with experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Project or other project planning software.
- Must be proficient in English, multilingual is a plus.
- 5+ years’ experience of executing high quality digital marketing campaigns, including ideation, execution and reporting.
- HTML, CSS, light web development skills are a plus.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics and HubSpot, is a plus.
- Minimal travel, less than 10%
