Position Overview:
The Project Controller oversees projects by providing centralized organization, communication, and financial controls.
Responsibilities:- Manages the financial services for designated clients or projects.
- Performs financial research, manages the project’s financials, and monitors cash flow.
- Reviews all project documents to ensure cost, schedule, and terms are met for audit compliance.
- Provides centralized organization and communication for all participants.
- Ensures any contract changes, such as financial, product, and schedule, are agreed upon, executed, and documented.
- Maintains the accounts and ledger of each project.
- Finalizes all forecasts, reviews final costs, and closes out the project.
- Review and approve all purchasing for project materials and services
- Bachelor’s degree or related industry experience in a finance-related field, such as accounting, finance, business administration, or economics
- Experience in the material handling industry a plus
- Contract administration or accounting experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate with multiple parties in a changing environment.
- Knowledge of vendor relationship management
- MS Office skills with strong Excel skills; Microsoft Project a plus
- Knowledge of Engineering Support, Project Management, or Purchasing preferred
- Knowledge of SOX or JSOX preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP a plus

- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and multi-task.
