Years of experience REQ: 1 year required
First-timers accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ: Not required.
Certs REQ: BLS, ARRT R, WA state license
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? No on call.
Will this traveler need to float between like units? Floating may be required. Travelers regularly float between various like units, within skill set! ***This assignment will mostly be stationed at Lacey (about 30 mins from Centralia). Travelers may be asked to float between St. Peter and Centralia.
Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes

Special Requirements: Facility performs weight bearing studies for feet and ankles. Philips X-ray equipment.

Facility notes: This is an x-ray only patient at an outpatient clinic. The clinic has Immediate Care and other providers in the building who refer patients to x-ray on a walk-in basis. There are no scheduled exams. There is no call or weekends required.
