Job Summary:

A-Line staffing is seeking a skilled X-Ray Technician to perform imaging procedures and treatments while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of imaging equipment, clinical practices, and healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform X-ray imaging and treatment processes in compliance with state, federal, and professional guidelines.
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, ensuring its proper setup and utilization.
• Assess and ensure the physical and physiological comfort of patients during procedures.
• Monitor and coordinate daily imaging procedures, including necessary revisions and adjustments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient care.
• Document and maintain accurate records of procedures and patient interactions.
• Stay updated on trends and advances in radiography and healthcare informatics.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience as an X-Ray Technician.
• Knowledge of various imaging equipment, including setup, utilization, and care.
• Current understanding of trends in clinical practice and advancements in healthcare technology.
• Strong initiative, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiography School.
• Valid NJ State RT License.
• ARRT certification.
• BLS certification.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
