At Recruitz, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate X-Ray Technician to join our Diagnostic Imaging team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic X-ray examinations, ensuring patient safety, and contributing to our mission of providing excellent patient care. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement in radiology practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations with precision and care

• Prepare and position patients for X-ray procedures

• Operate and maintain X-ray equipment

• Implement radiation safety measures to protect patients and staff

• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate patient records and procedure documentation

• Assist in training new technicians and students

• Stay current with advances in X-ray technology and best practices

What We Are Looking For:

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field

• Current state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an X-Ray Technician

• Proficiency in digital imaging systems and PACS

• Strong understanding of radiation safety principles

• Excellent patient care and communication skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• AA degree in Radiologic Technology

• Additional certifications in other imaging modalities (e.g., CT, MRI)

• Experience in a high-volume healthcare setting

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
