Overview:
Our client is seeking a dedicated X-Ray Technologist to provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other miscellaneous sites. This role involves performing and processing X-Rays using portable digital radiography equipment, handling EKGs as needed, and ensuring efficient communication with all relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and transmit them to a Radiologist for interpretation.
- Unload portable X-Ray equipment, transport to facilities, and conduct exams as ordered by a physician. Ensure clinically diagnostic, technically competent X-ray images are obtained.
- Perform EKGs as required and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation.
- Scan and manage exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily per protocol.
- Communicate regularly with dispatch and management teams.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with peers, supervisors, and clients.
- Ensure vehicle and X-ray equipment are well-maintained.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Physical Demands:
- The role may require pushing/pulling equipment weighing 50-100 lbs, which can occur multiple times daily.

Requirements:
- Maintain required State licenses, ARRT Certification, and health/operational requirements.
- Valid driver's license in the applicable state and in good standing.
- COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory unless an approved exemption is provided.
Certification and Licensure:
- ARRT Certification
- State License (Tennessee; compact allowed)
- Limited licenses are not accepted
