Full Job Description
Frank's Supply Company is a major supplier of construction tools and equipment with our focus on both sales and rental. We are currently seeking a qualified YARD FOREMAN for our Albuquerque NM location.
OBJECTIVE:
This position assists the entire organization by ensuring accurate inventory, timely shipments, and well-maintained yard ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain records of all incoming shipments, checking shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
- Assures merchandise is stored in the proper area of the warehouse
- Pull merchandise for customer will call and store transfers completing all associated paperwork
- Loading and/or unloading freight trucks and properly staging merchandise for receiving
- Loading customer merchandise
- Coordinate with inside sales stocking of the showroom
- General housekeeping as needed in the warehouse and showroom
- Delegate tasks as needed
- Adhere to all governmental, company and equipment related safety requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Leadership Skills
- Good reading, comprehension, and math skills
- Good customer service and communication skills
- The ability to consistently lift packages up to 50 pounds
- The required skills to demonstrate proficient use of all job support tools
- The ability to operate forklifts, hand trucks and material handling equipment
- The ability to work in all elements
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, and move around for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds regularly and perform overhead reaching, climbing, and lifting tasks.
- Work in a noisy environment and maintain focus under various conditions.
- May be required to work overtime, sometimes on short notice.
- Ability to interact effectively with customers, employees, and management.
- Regular use of computers, telephones, fax machines, copiers, and other related technologies.

Schedule:
- 40hrs per week
- Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm
