POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Yard Hand helps with organization of the yard equipment, and the cleanliness of the shops and warehouse. 

What You'll Do:

ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS/DUTIES:

• Organize equipment around the yard
• Keep the yard clean and presentable
• Clean shops and warehouse
• Help 3rd party drivers find the right units
• Ship and receive packages
• Assist when something is needed from the yard
• Work a minimum of 40 hours a week on a regular basis, OT as needed

What You'll Bring:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong interest in Utility Construction
• Will need CDL to organize equipment, and may obtain while on job
• Good understanding of tools and equipment
• Ability to assess the situation, and continue on a project without instruction
• Ability to multi-task, and work very well independently, and in a group (team) setting
• Must have integrity and dependability
• Ability to take direction
• Self-motivated
• Great communication skills
