Yard Laborer - Waste Connections

Green Team of San Jose, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a safety conscious Yard Laborer to join our team in San Jose, CA !
The schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, plus occasional Saturdays as needed.
The wage will start at $34.84/hour with increases after a probationary period. The pay range for this job category is $34.84 - 43.55/hour.
Responsibilities Include:
· Yard and facility maintenance including debris and oil spot clean up
· Manual labor including landscaping and fence line maintenance
· Pressure washing carts
· Maintaining storage organization and inventory of carts
· Picking up and sweeping wind blown trash
· Various utility tasks as needed
Requirements:
· At least 1 year of work experience. Preferably in a laborer type role
· The ability to stand outside throughout a 8 hr shift
· The ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
· Ability and will to work in all weather conditions
· Experience running equipment is a plus (floor sweeper, scrubber, manlifts)
