Overview: The Youth Activities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating engaging and safe programs for children and teens in a private club setting. This role involves planning activities, managing staff, and ensuring a positive and enriching environment for all youth members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Education, Child Development, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in youth program management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• A passion for working with children and creating positive experiences.
