Come be a part of Blue Skies, a new local program serving Foster Youth.

We are looking for full-time Youth Care Worker who are at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent to join our team! We will teach you the rest!

A Day in The Life as a Youth Care Worker

As a direct service provider, you will assist with meeting our mission of strengthening families by supporting youth with challenging behaviors in a therapeutic environment. Through your day-to-day interactions, you will promote health, safety, and well-being of individuals served, as well as the organization by leading therapeutic groups, teaching daily routines, and promoting positive and proactive behavior management strategies. You will be an advocate for the youth as they communicate their wants, needs, and goals as they work to achieve their highest quality of life. Transporting residents to and from appointments, actively engaging them in therapeutic activities and providing mentorship, all while having fun!
