Our client is seeking a Youth Development Specialist in the area of Somerset, NJ
CLIENT'S HOURS
* Monday through Friday 8am-3pm
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
Services may include but are not limited to supervising the school base Drop-In Center during lunch periods; planning, implementing and supervising an array of recreational activities throughout the year such as: tournaments, recreational trips and community service projects; providing students with informal counseling, support, related case management and referral to appropriate resources; collaborating with teachers, guidance staff, administration and school based staff to help ensure consistent and comprehensive services tot he students.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* NJ Department of Education Fingerprints.
* Ability to comply with written and or oral instructions
* Ability to create an efficient working relationship with other personnel
* Willingness to stand for most hours of the day, or sit for extensive periods of time
