We have a Zscaler Cyber Security Support position for 6-12 months and ONSITE/HYBRID. The pay rate is $50/hour W2. If you are interested, please send your resume today.
W2 ONLY - ONSITE/HYBRID
• Provide operational support for cybersecurity technologies, Zscaler, Proxy Broadcom, Active DirectoryW2 ONLY - ONSITE/HYBRID
• Communicate plans and routine updates on tasks and projects, open and escalate issues/risks.
• Schedule and lead working group meetings, including preparation of meeting agendas and meeting minutes. Track and follow-up on action items to closure.
• Provide ad-hoc operational support.
• Ensure that all integration of functions meet business goals.
• Identify problem causality, business impact and root causes.
• Advise or mentor junior team members
• Coordinate with cross-functional Operations and Technology (O&T) counterparts and teams to improve O&T risk oversight
• Ensure non-compliant items are addressed through coordination with Business Manager and business staff
• Establish communication channels with cross-sector partners to efficiently tackle security issues that span multiple businesses
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience at a bank or financial institution preferred
• Strong experience in Cyber Security and antivirus/malware with ZSCALER
• Strong experience with Proxy Broadcom/Squid
• Strong experience with Active Directory
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of Scripting and Programming Languages preferred
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply information security policies, standards and procedures
• Proven influencing and relationship management skills
Education:
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred
